Meditation guide for today, simply inspiring words

As I was searching for affirmations, quotes and wise words to include in today's meditation guide I came across these simply inspiring words by Osho and I knew immediately these words were the only words I wanted to have in today's guide.
The witnessing soul is like the sky. The birds fly in the sky but they don't leave any footprints. That's what Buddha says, that the man who is awakened lives in such a way

I was only recently introduced to Howard Zinn through the History Channel's The People Speak, but his work impacted my life so strongly that I have been sharing with as many people as possible his work and philosophy.

John Lennon Quotes

The following quotes are from John Lennon:

"I believe in everything until it's disproved. So I believe in fairies, the myths, dragons. It all exists, even if it's in your mind. Who's to say that dreams and nightmares aren't as real as the here and now?"

"Time you enjoy wasting, was not wasted."

"As usual, there is a great woman behind every idiot."

Life quotes and wise words to model our lives by

Some wise words from some wise men. Life quotes to model our lives by:

"Man has to be absolutely empty, only then is the space created for God to descend in him. And we are so full of rubbish, so full of junk; even if God wants to enter he will not find any place inside. Our cups are full... We have to empty the cup completely." Osho

"Ecstasy is our very nature; not to be ecstatic is simply unnecessary. To be ecstatic is natural, spontaneous. It needs no effort to be ecstatic, it needs great effort to be miserable. That's why you look to tired, because misery is really hard work; to maintain it is really difficult, because you are doing something against nature." Osho

Quote For Today

"A happy life is just a string of happy moments. But most people don't allow the happy moment, because they're so busy trying to get a happy life."

ideas to ponder

"All that we are is the result of what we have thought; it is founded on our thoughts. If a man speaks or acts with pure thought, joy will follow him, like a shadow that never leaves him." Buddha

"In this world the greatest courage is to drop the mind aside. The bravest man is who can see the world without the barrier of the mind, just as it is. It is tremendously different, utterly beautiful. There is nobody who is inferior and there is nobody who is superior -- there are no distinctions." Osha

Life quotes

Gandhi: I believe in the fundamental Truth of all the great religions of the world. I believe that they are all God given. I came to the conclusion long ago... that all religions were true and also that all had some error in them.

Buddha: If you know anything that is hurtful and untrue, do not say it. If you know anything that is helpful but untrue, do not say it. If you know anything that is hurtful but true do not say it. If you know anything that is helpful and true, find the right time.

Osho: Millions of people are suffering: they want to be loved but they don't know how to love. And love cannot exist as a monologue; it is a dialogue, a very harmonious dialogue.
